ضعي طبقة متساوية على الوجه والرقبة بعد تنظيفهما، مع تجنب الجروح والعيون والشفاه. اتركيه لمدة 15 إلى 20 دقيقة وبعد أن يجف الطينقومي بتقشير بشرتك بلطف بحركة دائرية ثم يتم شطفه بالماء الدافئ.
