Return Guidelines

You can choose to return your order for free by the following our return policies and procedures:

To return your order:

STEP ONE: Filling and Submitting the Cancellation Documentation

Please contact our customer service team at customer.care@rivagecare.com to notify them about the cancellation so we can send you the order cancellation form by email. Complete the order Cancellation Form and send it back to us via email.

Please obtain and keep proof of the receipt and parcel information.

STEP TWO: Returning the Items

Please note that we will not refund a full refund if the goods show any signs of unreasonable use. Good must be returned within 14 working days of delivery date to you, and should be to us at out offices in Jordan – Amman. We will provide you with the full details once you have submitted the order cancellation form. Please ensure that the returned parcel is appropriately sealed.

Please obtain and keep your proof of postage in order to provide us with a proof of return, in case we do not receive the returned parcel. We do not accept liability for lost goods in transit.

STEP THREE: Refund Process

If you choose a refund for the returned items, we will process the refund within 14 working days of receiving your returned goods at our office in Jordan-Amman within 14 working days from receiving your order. Provide that you have returned the goods within 14 days of receiving the items. You will receive an email notification once we have processed the refund.

If you have requested a replacement or exchange on your return note, we will process it within 14 working days of receiving your returned good and will be delivered to your standard delivery location.

Returns Policy & Procedure:

We hope that you are satisfied with your order, but if you are not pleased and wish to cancel your order, you can return any item for a refund within 14 workings days from delivery date, as long as the item is in its original condition.

You can use the cancellation form to cancel your order. In the case that the items listed on the dispatch note do not match your delivery note, please contact us by email at customer.care@rivagecare.com   

If you wish to return the items for other reasons such as defect in goods or incorrect or incomplete delivery, you would need to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. Please obtain and provide us a proof of postage when you return the goods to us, in case we did not receive the returned parcel.

If you require a refund we will refund the paid price of items including the delivery charges within fourteen days of receiving your returned goods.

Please note that refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

If you cancel your order and did not return the purchased goods to us within 14 working days of the order cancellation, we will be entitled withhold payment of any refund. If the returned goods are used or not in the original condition, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or otherwise you can arrange for goods to be returned to you within 30 days of our notification.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If the items you received are damaged in any way, or incorrect to your order we will be delighted to exchange the items or offer you a refund. In such case, please notify us immediately by calling our customer service team at customer.care@rivagecare.com

Please ensure that you provide us with the order number and keep the packing material and the damaged goods for inspection. Note that this is only applicable to orders online and will not be accepted for return or exchange at our retail locations. This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer.

Customs Regulations:

Please note that we are not responsible for any additional fees that customs may require or your countries clearness regulations.
